Information we collect

• Order information you provide at checkout, which is processed by Shopify: name, email, shipping address, billing address, and order contents.
• Contact information you submit through our contact form: name, email, optional phone number, and your message.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.

We never see or store full payment card numbers. Card details are collected and processed directly by Shopify and its payment processors.

Cookies and analytics

Our storefront uses cookies and similar local storage to keep your shopping cart between visits and to run the checkout session. Shopify may set its own cookies as part of checkout and fraud prevention. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may stop working.

How we use your information

• To produce, fulfill, and ship your order, and to send order and tracking updates.
• To answer support questions and handle reprints or refunds.
• To detect fraud and protect the store.
• To understand which products and pages perform well so we can improve the store.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the partners who make the store work: Shopify (store and payments), our print-on-demand and fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Retention

Order records are retained as long as needed to support the order and meet tax and accounting obligations. Contact form messages are kept while we need them for support history. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@bitcointees.io from the address used on your order and we will respond as promptly as we can.

Children's privacy

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

International orders

We ship worldwide. If you order from outside the country where our fulfillment partners operate, your information is transferred across borders to produce and deliver your order, and customs authorities may require order details to clear your shipment.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the store changes. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
