Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or the wrong size was sent, email sales@bitcointees.io within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will reprint the item or refund it.
Made to order
Every item is printed on demand for you. Because nothing is pre-stocked, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on orders that were fulfilled correctly. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering — each product page lists the exact garment used.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Shopify. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the credit to appear.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows a problem or your parcel hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve it.
