These terms apply to BitcoinTees.io, operated by Bitcoin Tees. By browsing the store or placing an order you agree to them.
Products and descriptions
We describe our garments and prints as accurately as we can. Every item is printed on demand, so slight variation in print placement, colour, and garment shade between items is normal and is not a defect. Screen colours also vary between devices.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is handled by Shopify; we do not process or store card details ourselves.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
Intellectual property
Our designs, logo, product photography, and site content belong to Bitcoin Tees or to the artists we work with. Artist collaboration designs remain the property of the credited artist and are shown with attribution. You may not reproduce, resell, or print our designs without written permission. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not rights to the artwork.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the store, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, resell our products as your own brand, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bitcoin Tees operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
